Ingredients: makes 2 small rectangular cake pan
1¾ cups all purpose flour
2¼ cups fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dried tomatoes
1/4 cup basil leaves
1/4 cup nuts
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1. put fresh tomatoes into a blender container and blend.
2. add dried tomato and let them soak for an hour.
3. combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
4. bake at 356F/180C for 45 minutes.
